I got my lashes (Captivating Allure style) done here on Tuesday and by Thursday morning they were gone. I followed the maintenance guidelines and did not get them wet for the first 24hrs, lay on my face or use any product near them. This was the biggest waste of time and $125. I was so upset since I got them done for my 20 year reunion. I’ve left messages at the shop and no one has call me back. If you have a major event, do not risk it. Find another company.

DO NOT use Tasha. She was late to take me twice, one time it was 30 minutes and she was totally unapologetic about it. She was not polite and how she spoke to me, and took a picture of my lashes without my permission, saying that it was for the website. But then, when I went back two weeks later, she complained, I had some eyeliner remnants on, and said that she could prove it because she took a picture.Hmmmm. Today I went, and after accommodating her and agreeing to come in 45 minutes early, I got there, and she had someone on the table and I had to use somebody else or again, wait. I actually have several other unprofessional things she’s done along with having her child there, laying on the couch, playing games on her phone, with the volume all the way up. I think I’ve said enough.

I got my lashes done and within the first couple days almost all of my lashes were gone. I took care of them, did not get them wet the first 24 hours, did not use oil products, and they still were half off in less than a week. The lady I spoke to when I called said I would need to pay for a week fill. Very bad service here

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI got my lashes done here before my wedding on 10/29/2020 and I had a terrible experience. It was my first lash experience. The procedure itself was calming but afterward the technician did not bother to give me the proper aftercare instructions and they did not provide me with a brush for my lashes. Then the next day I began to feel irritation in my eyes and they became super watery. The burning and irritation was almost unbearable. I called the following day to notify them of what was going on and they said that they would speak to a manager and call me back. No one ever called me back. This was very unprofessional and turned me off from ever going back to this place. I ended up having to use eyedrops the day of the wedding and all the lashes pretty much fell out. PLEASE look into other places if you are interested in getting your lashes done, especially before an important occasion.
