I have been going to Lure Lash for over 2 years and I cannot recommend them enough! The staff is the best! It all started when I walked in a little unsure whether or not I wanted to get my lashes done, never gotten it before I was hesitant, Nikki in the front desk assured me I would love it and that I will be in great hands and she was right! I’ve been going every 3 weeks since then, they are a group of amazing women. I cannot thank Anita enough and also Trinh for making sure my lashes are amazing in my every visit!! Love you ladies!

Raven did an amazing job with my lashes, I got the Captivating Allure full set. Raven did a great job of finding out what my expectations were from the visit and executed them perfectly! I got the under eye gel pads that I would 100% recommend upgrading to, they make the whole experience feel like a spa treatment! They also provide a soft blanket for you if you get cold during your appointment.

The whole staff are professional and welcoming. They ran me through the whole process of the products I was receiving. They are patient and willing to talk to pass the time. Definitely recommend to anyone who is looking for lash services. I got a lash lift and eyebrow wax. The two technicians that assisted me was Kelly, for the lash lift, and Chambray, for the eyebrow wax. I started getting lash extensions at a different unaffiliated location, but super far so I decided to give lure lash a try. Since I had lashes from a different place, I emailed them a picture of the condition of my lashes ahead of time and upon arrival the technician told me my lashes were in great shape and she was surprised it had been 3 weeks since my last fill. The location is super convenient, easy access to parking, kind employees, but unfortunately the product is not so great. After a few days of getting my 3 week fill, my lashes were falling out in clumps and I noticed I had huge gaps missing. I called and they quickly scheduled me for a fix, free of charge. But even after the fix (by one of their best technicians according to the girl at the front desk) it only lasted a day or two before i noticed the same issue reoccurring. Maybe it’s the glue they use that just doesn’t last or their techs just aren’t that skilled. But in any case, I would not recommend going there. Spend a little more and go somewhere else.

1st, I had never had eye lash extensions. After seeing a deeply discounted groupon for Lure Lash Somerville I was excited to try. I had visited the Lure Lash brand Instagram account and liked the results. 3/10/18, I purchased a groupon, then called to schedule my appt for 11am 3/31, as I have a special event coming up. Saturday March 31st arrives and I’m anticipating my lash appointment and wanted to run a few errands. I call Lash Lure Somerville @9:45am to see if I could push out my appt to a later time on Saturday. Keep in mind this request was simply for convenience and if they could not accommodate me, it would not have been an issue. After calling I was told I could push my appt out from 11am to 12pm since the person scheduled to do my lashes would be leaving @1pm, I replied ok thx. I arrive for my appointment and gave the receptionist my name then sat down. I wait for about 5 mins, then the receptionist tells me I see your appt was scheduled for 11am, I say correct but I called to see if it was ok to push out my appt for a later time and was told I could for 12pm. She tells me to wait, another employee walks over to view the screen, gives me an awkward smile, looks back at the screen then walks away. The receptionist then tells me the “only thing she can do is reschedule me for the 10th”. I stand there very confused, since I know I was confirmed for 12pm by a Lure lash employee. After driving from South Brunswick all the way to Somerville for a non existent appt I was very upset. There was no apology or any empathy for the inconvenience and honesty felt they were pretty much saying “oh well”. When told I could be rescheduled for the 10th, I told the receptionist I don’t want to reschedule and left. I got in my car then dialed the Lure Lash Somerville location number and left a message for a manager to return my call. Now as I’ve mentioned I purchased a groupon for this service, but when I scheduled the appt was told I needed to provide my credit card. That day I went in for my appt and was turned away without service, $150 was charged to my card. I said hmm maybe this is a temp authorization. Just this morning I wake up to the charge actually posting to my acct. At this point I don’t want any one at Lash Lure Somerville touching something so intimate as my lashes, if I couldn’t get something as simple as an apology why would I trust them on my eye? I’m fine with taking the $60 groupon as a loss. But I want the $150 fee that was charged to me, for I’m not sure what, returned to my card. The customer service was TERRIBLE and for the amount of money charged for there services without a groupon INEXCUSABLE. I had high hope’s and was dramatically let down from the 15 min interaction I had with this business. If I could I would rate them with zero stars as I was rendered zero help for this inconvenience.
