I’ve been coming there for years & I’ve never been treated as poorly & unprofessionally, until today. The newer eyelash staff members & receptionists are quite unprofessional with their communication without warranted reasoning. Parking is a big issue for this location, but garages are all around. All of the older staff are wonderful and quite accommodating to your needs; but today, I got my appointment canceled after I clearly inquired while on a biz call about my appointment being in good standing after trying to rectify a parking fiasco due to me having a recent injury . I also moved my car to a garage w/out any issue and I was told I was “rude”. Rude consists of multiple actions and none of those character attributes were displayed today. I was blatantly disrespected mishandled because nothing occurred that would justify the eyelash tech calling me a name & canceling my appointment.

The environment itself was beautiful really peaceful and the staff was really so nice!! I’m disappointed with the lashes I had gotten unfortunately. After I got them done half of them fell out the day after.. especially on one eye? They gave me a call after my appointment and I told them what happened and they fixed it for free which was great! They lasted longer this time however only for four days. By the end of one week they just looked really sparse and lopsided. I’m not sure if it was something I was doing wrong… I was trying to keep them dry and away from any oils … but they still all fell out. Guess I’m just waiting on the very few random long lashes I have to expire.

I scheduled my lash appointment for the 13th (of this month) and got the captivating lashes. They weren’t full enough so I returned the next day to add 3d, totaling $160. At first glance they were very beautiful and even. I was leaving for Mexico 2 days later on the 16th,so I followed the instructions as I had with other lash companies in the past. I usually get lashes for vacations ( I have only done them a few times). Within 4-5 days all of the 3d lashes had fallen out and the other lashes a day or 2 after. I swore the lashes fell out when the wind blew. I had gone to another lash bar last summer, went to Mexico again, was in and out of the water and barely lost lashes. So I was hoping to have the same experience. I am so disappointed and my lashes look absolutely horrible after about a week. The young lady who did them was sweet but this was a waste of $160. This was my first time here and I had high expectations.
