I have been gong to Luras Nail place for 2 years and she is simply amazing!!!! When I had my nails done at other salons they were thick and nasty and the lady doing my nails was wearing a mask!! Not at Luras! My nails are finally healthy and look amazing!! People ask me if I have Jamberry nails on because Luras ability to do nail art is the best I have ever seen. She is professional and always ready at your scheduled appointment time!! Lura is definitely a class act!!!!

Lura is amazing. I had thick nasty nails I was having done at a different salon. Lura corrected all of the issues I had and my nails look fabulous!!! Thank you so much Lura! She’s the best nail tech I have ever had do my nails!!!! I cannot say enough about her professionalism and talent.

She is horrible ! DO NOT GO HERE! I have been getting my nails done in Columbus for many years and never experienced such a lousy job from Lura. First off, she applies to overlay on way to thin. Secondly, my set she put on only lasted for 1 week. Within the first few days my nails started lifting/breaking off. I called and told her about it. She had me come in to correct it,and tried to say it was my fault for not putting cuticle oil on them everyday, twice a day, WHICH I WAS ! She charges a ridiculous price of 50.00. for a new set that doesn’t even last. I am an experienced hair-dresser with nail training and I see her rip-off tactics. The thinner she applies the overlay the more people keep coming back so she will get the repeated business!! DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS SO CALLED NAIL TECH…

I had always gotten my nails done at a salon where i walked out thinking I had nice nails, until I found lura. When I found out she sculpted her own nails and didn’t glue any kind of tip onto my natural nail, I had to try it. Two years later lura is still my nail tech and it was the best decision I had ever made for myself. My nails are no longer thick and nasty, fake looking, breaking or have green on them. Lura is very passionate about her work and very knowledgeable. She dedicates your apt to you and only you, so you feel pampered, relaxed and comfortable. Where at other salons you are rushed in and out so they can make more money. I would highly recommend lura to anyone who wants healthy, natural looking nails!! Thank you lura for being the best at what you do and for always making me feel pretty every time I walk out the door! 🙂

Just to be clear, I’m not usually the type to leave a bad review (pretty sure this is my first 1-star review). I just happened to be on that end of town today so I stopped in to see if she was available & if not I would gladly set up an appointment. She explained she was only available by appointment, which is understandable. The reason for the negative review is because when I asked her what her hours were, she was very condescending and said: “Well, I don’t have hours because I’m BY APPOINTMENT.” Yeah, I heard you the first time, lady. So does this mean I could have set it up for the dead of night? Even though I still agreed to a time (because there were people there & I didn’t want to make a scene), I will be cancelling that appointment and won’t be going back.
