I had two bad experience with this salon. Worst of all because it happend with the owner lupita. I will never forget the day of my wedding when she had me waiting outside and never showed up to do my hair. Of cource she came out with a excuse. But I guess everything happens for a reason because the person that did my hair last minute did a fantastic job. However, my experience with lupita was very dissapointing because I gave it a try twice. After the first time that she had gave me a appointment at 10am for a bolayage and didnt start until 12 just because she sat in her office and talked to a friend by phone from mexico. Hope my review helps some of you people to think twice.

Edith was absolutely wonderful but she no longer works at this place. The owner however has the WORST people skills. I listened to her say horrible things about a customer who didn’t speak spanish. I felt so embarrassed because the lady had no idea what the owner was saying and just kept smiling. Not only that the owner paid absolutely no attention to how I wanted my hair. Perhaps if she spent less time talking about her customers she may have time to actually listen to them. I have since taken my business elsewhere.

This salón is Amazing, I love the excellent customer service that they offer me. My hair was done by Lupita she did an incredible job , I am so in love with my new look, I will definitely recommend this salon, their work is really professional, they really know what they are doing , looking forward for my next visit
