Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, QualityI went in to get my hair colored and cut the girl that did my hair looked like she didn’t know what she was doing, at first when she cut my hair she left on side longer then the other & it was super noticeable. I asked her to fix it and she did but she kept asking me as if I knew was supposed to tell her how to do her job I would assume she can see if she cut my hair even or not, I was clearly wrong. When it came to coloring my hair I asked for a dark brown almost black just to get back to my natural hair color she left my hair uneven and none of my hair is the same color, one side was so black and the other side was much lighter. My experience overall was terrible it was very unprofessional I will not be going back, I do not recommend going here I normally do not leave bad reviews but my experience here was so bad I just had to. I went in to get my hair colored and cut the girl that did my hair looked like she didn’t know what she was doing, at first when she cut my hair she left on side longer then the other & it was super noticeable. Critical: PunctualityI came in signed myself up, & sat dowm waited over 30 mins & my barber finishes the client then just walks off and doesn’t even come back. Nor did they call anyways names they would just walk by knowing we are all waiting poor communication in this placeService: Haircut

Critical: QualityI went to the salon of corse to get my hair done the women bleached my hair not even close to even she didn’t even try blending it in ‍♀️ She told my husband there is no way she can bleach the top of my head because my hair would fall out ….? Sometimes I go here and ask for a specific cut. Sometimes they dont even do it. When i ask dont cut the top. They say sure. Then in the middle of it they ask can i trim the top. Then the cut 3 inches of my hair off. Worst place. And im forced to go here because i come here eith my parents. Only twice was good. Out of 126Ive went here multiple times.
