This place was much slower and much more expensive than any other hair salon I’ve been to. The cut looks good and my stylist was very nice, but the color isn’t any better than before I walked in. I can’t believe I was there for over four hours and dropped as much money as I did. They also moved my appointment up by 30 minutes (I had received a confirmation text with the original time, and then they sent the new time just before the appointment without calling me), so I had to run to get to the appointment in the first place. The salon is clean and aesthetically pleasing, but my overall experience has been better at places that are half the price and much more efficient.
