This was my first time getting my nails done in almost 10 years & I have just had such a great experience. All of the staff is so nice & helpful. The environment is so clean & welcoming. If you like to watch TV or listen to great music & truly relax. Well this is the nail salon for you. I live in Ocala but I will make the drive again to get my nails done here again my nails look beautiful

My pedicure was horrible. The lady literally was scratching me so hard. Left my skin super red. She wouldn’t listen when I would tell her to be more gentle especially on one of my feet where I had surgery so it’s more delicate. She also was horrible at painting and shaping my toes. She had to repaint my toes 5 times and continued to mess up where I told someone else to paint them again because they were really bad. Then for my hands, they literally glued all my fingers where I had to go home and file them myself because they didn’t know how. Some of my nails are shaped so bad and are crooked and the acrylic is lighter is some areas meaning she did not cover all of my nail properly. They also charged me more than what I was told over the phone. And to top it off , they took 4 hours to do a easy basic set. I will for sure not be coming back to them. I usually don’t do reviews but it was such bad service that I had to do a review. And if I could, I’d give it 0 stars.
