Critical: Quality, ValueThe SNS service performed on 10/25/21 began to chip the next day. By the time I returned on Friday (4 days later), majority of my natural nails had either chipped or completely broke. I informed the nail tech of what occurred and she offered to do them over for $35. I declined and she charged $10 for removal. The price is no issue, it’s just the principal of paying again for the same service that was done incorrectly. I had her remove the nails and cut them down due to how badly they had broken.I don’t believe she truly understood the issue because she stated see you next time as I was walking out, as if I’d return.Edit to add: In response to owner’s question, I saw a different tech today than Monday. I understand they are parents however bringing a baby to work is ok just need to have a playpen to confine her in and some toys so that may help. Otherwise they were very pleasant and professional I will be going back

I agree about the owner being VERY rude. I got there one day at opening as she was coming in with a hand full of items , I asked did she need help and she rolls her eyes and turns to her employee and say ” I don’t even know you”… Not considering the fact she had been doing my nails a couple of months I didn’t know she had to “know” me for me to offer a hand with the door or carrying something in but anyways I decided not to do business where people are rude.
