Granted, I haven’t a ton of facials in my life, but the facial by Tishna was, by far, the best facial I’ve ever had!! The neck and shoulder massage felt amazing and my skin looks wonderful! I’m already planning on when I can go back! The sea salt body wrap left the rest of my skin silky-smooth as well. Much needed in this dry weather.

The 1st time I experienced this establishment was with my wife, BFF. And another friend. They had massages while I received a facial. I couldn’t get a massage based on booking but they accomodated me with another service. It was great. So my expectations for my next visit was high. Fast forward to my visit today minus my tribe. The WORST!!! I viewed the website and knew what facial I wanted (let me be clear the price is NOT the issue) Anti Aging with Galvanizing Machine which was $200. I stated my want to both the manager and esthetician. She deflected and commenced to telling me other things she could do versus what I asked for. If you didn’t have the machine or she didn’t know how to use it, say that. OK so what I received was face washing, 10 minute dermaplaning, 30 minutes of steam and a gel mask. NOT WHAT I ASKED FOR. I could have done that at home. Massage -$95 Swedish/Deep Tissue combo. This was my very FIRST time ever getting a massage. I left needing a massage after this . She was rough and impersonal, with dead fish cold hands. I said ouch 11 times and she never wavered. She never told me to remove jewelry (rings) and put her knee on my hand jamming the ring on my finger to which I needed to free my hand to remove the ring. She broke the prong housing the geode. I had to bend it to fix it. On top of that she had very potent garlic for lunch that permeated the room…yuk! Unprofessional and offensive.I get to checkout and was charged $290. FOR WHAT!? Facial and massage service is considered a package. You need to inform patrons of that as well as the price so that they know their facial is BASIC for $200. Misappropriation on the website. It does not state this on the website, it gives you an option to choose a package not say that one or more services is one. I was charged for the facial I initially wanted and never received. This was an entire waste of the 2 hr drive,, gas,, and time spent on bad service. I could have had my cat walk across my back versus the knuckle and elbow jam of my body.. I will not patron this spa again and will find another small business to support. If anyone has any recommendations for PA or DE area….drop me a line.

Tishna is absolutely wonderful I have been going to her for all waxing services (sometimes for eyebrows). Tishna is punctual, she is thorough…no patches, and she is well versed in waxing products/techniques/and post care. LET ME SAY THIS…I NEVER EVER EVER BROKE OUT OR HAD ANY REACTION. It’s been all ❤️❤️❤️ Just call and make your appointment (FYI, her books get filled quickly) and trust me YOU WILL NOT REGRET IT).

Got my first facial done here. I was a bit nervous going in but now I can’t believe I’ve waited this long – my skin hasn’t looked this good in years! My esthetician was superb – as gentle and patient as she possibly could be with my awful blackheads, whiteheads, etc. and was very knowledgable about my face/acne and the acne products I was already prescribed. Very professional and great service.

As a birthday gift to myself, I decided to call Luna’s at the last minute and the receptionist was able to work me in. The esthetician was fabulous. Jeanne was extremely knowledgeable and I felt uplifted by her pampering and conversation. Then, to my surprise, the owner gave me the February birthday special herself, which was a wonderfully therapeutic foot massage. Luna’s is always busy, but the staff is very accommodating and dedicated to customizing services in a caring and professional way.

I’ve been going to Luna’s Day Spa for probably 10+ years now even though I moved to DC 5 years ago. I usually get facials, peels and eyebrow threading from Tishna and laser services from Sonia. Both are very knowledgeable and helpful in terms of caring for your skin. My last facial was fantastic and my skin has been glowing and healthy! Love the customized facials and derma planning.
