I called for weeks, talked to a hair stylist to leave a message with the woman I normally see, left voicemails, and never got a call back. I tried to go in person and they were closed during the “open” hours listed on their door. Extremely poor customer service and overall lack of care.

I read the above post and I’ve never experienced any negative interaction between myself and any of the staff at Luna. Everyone there are very accommodating and they all work together to give the clients a good experience. Positive environment and they are always interested my ideas and work hardest to give you what you want so you feel good about how you look. I have no desire to look elsewhere for another salon.
