Pampered to the max. I am not a frequent nail salon type person, but when my wife recommends I go get pampered…I typically agree it’s needed. I have always been a pedicure fan, usually have polish on a finger, or toe or two from my daughter…but the experience is what makes Luna great.

Not only did they forget that I wanted to get a full set and I sat there waiting for 45mins to a hour after I got my pedicure done, but they had someone do my full set that clearly didn’t know what she was doing I am now going to pay for someone else to fix what she did. They are super thick and not even covering all of my nails. I thought I would give this spa a chance since I have heard nothing but good things, but I strongly do not suggest going to this location. Went back in to have her fix them, but she only wanted to try and fix the two spots I pointed out.

Evon is amazing! I’ve been seeing her for acrylics every 2 weeks for the last couple months now, and I love her work. She pays attention to the details, does exactly what I ask for, and she’s friendly and fun to talk to. The salon is clean and modern, and I’ve been absolutely loving my French ombré nails – I get compliments all the time! I’m hooked and I’ll continue seeing Evon regularly!!

Eric usually does my dip nail and he not only does an amazing job and doesn’t ever hurt me, he always makes me laugh. Nancy takes good care of me when Eric is not available. I have gone here a few times with friend who is a regular and they treated me so well and her as well very attentive even Luna would come over but I came by myself and I was treated so differently and by that the girls didn’t listen to what I wanted and told me “no you don’t need it” specifically for using the pumice and even the wax dip. I love going with my friend but our schedules dont always work out. I really wish they would be consistent with their guests not just the regulars.

I like this place, staff is usually nice. I have been getting shellac nails for over a year. But when I decided to give my nails a break the tech said “Dip” would be better for my nails! So I gave in because mine looked very brittle and it’s almost the Holidays. 1.5 weeks later 2 of them broke. To be fair they were very long! So I asked for new ones… they said “dip” is for natural/short nails, and they would not be able to fill them. Basically I would have to buy a new set every two weeks! Because I was not aware of this I only gave them 3 stars…If you’re looking for “long” term nails get shellac!

HORRIBLE service. I absolutely do not recommend this salon. I was there with my 6 year old and 2 year old. I asked for two pedicures. During my daughter pedicure they started doing her finger nails. She said no thank you, we were there for only pedicure. The manager came over and was very rude. Insisted we get her nails done and continued to tell me I had to get her nails painted. I had to tell them 6 times no and continued to argue with me. She was extremely rude to us for saying no and after that, I felt very awkward to even be there. My pedicure was terrible and they didn’t even use lotion to rub my legs/feet after I said no to painting my daughters nails. I will never return to this salon.
