Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueI loved my trip to Luna Nails. The staff was friendly and made me feel comfortable during my trip. My wax was gentle and effective, and all of the staff made me feel comfortable during my entire visit. I had a lovely conversation with my nail tech and she killed this look. It really seemed like she cared about her craft and knew what she was doing. I loved my trip to Luna Nails. The staff was friendly and made me feel comfortable during my trip. My wax was gentle and effective, and all of the staff made me feel comfortable during my entire visit. I had a lovely conversation with my nail tech and she killed this look. It really seemed like she cared about her craft and knew what she was doing. The location is very clean and well organized. All of the staff are extremely pleasant and welcoming. They have massage chairs with tailorable settings. The young lady that fixed my feet was very pleasant and displayed exemplary attention to detail that was far beyond her years. My feet have never been so smoothe. Wonderful experience. I got my first pedicure today and going in, my feet were extremely callused. The location is very clean and well organized. All of the staff are extremely pleasant and welcoming. They have massage chairs with tailorable settings. The young lady that fixed my feet was very pleasant and displayed exemplary attention to detail that was far beyond her years. My feet have never been so smoothe. I will definitely return.

Critical: Professionalism, QualityService was prompt, I did not have to wait. Had old nails soaked off, but then the tech cut off the residue and it was very painful. I expressed the fact that it was painful. I looked at my nails during this process and I’m sure he saw my expression and told me to not look at my nails. Tech was messaging on his phone while working with me. Once would have been ok, but this went on for the entire service. I’m fairly new to getting my nails done, but I don’t think that I should have to pry my fingers from the back of my nails and pick product off my skin even hours later, even had to file one nail because there was no product on the section of nail. Tech was very messy, when I looked at the final product in the light, unfortunately it was when I had gotten home, I was totally disappointed. It looked like something I could have done. I’m actually thinking about trying to find a shop to fix this. Friend told me they are ok if you don’t look at them too hard, really! Shop was recommended by my daughter, but she said she believes she had the owner.
