Bought my girlfriend a gift certificate for this place and I was told it would cover the full set and the pedicure. After she went in she told me they charged her extra for stuff she didn’t ask for. On top of that they rushed her though the whole experience! Then when I tried calling to talk to them about it they didn’t answer. Would not recommend this place. Ripping off customers and awful customer service!!!!

I went to get a Pedicure at this place, and it was hands down the most awful experience! I have never been one to complain about a business, but I absolutely couldn’t stand what was happening to my poor feet. The gentleman doing my pedicure was rough, he didn’t cut my nails straight, and almost clipped too short at the corner, luckily I pulled my foot away!! I was so uncomfortable. When I decided to speak up, I asked for someone else to take over, but the only other person available was someone else who also had no idea what they were doing, there is absolutely no way these two individuals have ever gone to school for that Trade. When I talked to who was in charge she didn’t do anything to try and turn this experience around, and basically acted like it wasn’t her problem. I ended up just putting my shoes on, paying for the pedicure to avoid more issues. My mom also is not happy with her pedicure , like I said, their ppl had no idea what the hell they were doing. DO NOT GO TO LUNA NAILS!!!!

My second visit to this place is again unsuccessful. They have a price but in total, they require completely different prices. I had regular nail polish, this is not shellac. She changed more many. I did waxing half legs. She missed a lot of spots and now it looks terrible. ♀️My nails were peeling on the second day.

Walked in and sat right down. I was greeted nicely. Unfortunately the very nice lady that did my service didn’t do the greatest job. I didn’t realize until after I left that my cuticles we’re cut up and not even pushed back or cleared off so the gel polish was bonded to my cuticles. the gel polish chipped the first day. And now I have hang nails on every finger. The cuticles on my toes were left jagged and cut up too. Very sore around the. Edges. Spent almost 100 there with tip and all. . Won’t be back.

I’ve been going to Luna Nails for several years now and have never had anything but excellent service and exceptional interaction with the employees. Emily is the absolute BEST nail tech I have ever had, as well as eye brow tinting/waxing. Julie is the best for pedicures. I’ve had all the other employees at different times and they are very good as well. I will never go anywhere else.

The service was terrible! But the owner is beyond rude! Tried to make me feel bad about wanting better service. Sat there for the longest time with my feet in thr bath with no water.Owner was so rude and gave me a person who was always on the phone got up at least 30 times and when I asked about it she said the phone was her job.
