I just left this business, it was my first and last visit. Please note that I am not a complainer, and my tech was a nice man. However, he cut my finger, to the point of bleeding quite a bit. It’s still throbbing, and I am headed to vacation with a terrible looking manicure, including the bloody polish on 1 finger. I paid the $85 bill they gave me and politely thanked them – without a tip, of course! The thing that concerns me is that, once my blood was mixed into the nail polish, it should have been thrown away – but it wasn’t. He boxed up the taupe color and back on the shelf it went! I’m sure this is against all health department regulations, or at least I hope it is! I won’t be back, but I’m now concerned that this is a common event. I hope not, but please use caution if getting a taupe gel polish at this business. I don’t see an option to post pics of my way too thick mound of polish and blood, or my receipt documenting the time/day I was there.

I can only wear flip flops nothing that touches my toes not even socks. On my second round of antibiotics waiting on an appt with a podiatrist.
