I do not recommend. I did acrylic nails correction. The master works quickly and inaccurately, anyhow, was talking to other masters and didn’t pay attention to what she was doing. She did not apply acrylic on the entire nail, so immediately after the correction, the nails looked regrown. She didn’t trim the cuticles or even push them back! As a result, 4 days after the correction, the nails looked terrible – a lot of chips and peeling of acrylic and nails looked regrown. I think they work with low-quality materials or do not follow the technology. And it cost $47! I won’t come here again!

On the bad side: The woman’s nails were dirty and not taken care of, was hard to communicate. The nail polish wasn’t applied all the way to the cuticles therefore leaving some visible empty space. Sadly my favorite color was not in stock, but there are many other options to choose from.

THIS PLACE IS AWESOME! The staff is friendly, courteous, Professional. Appointments are legit respected and kept. The whole salon really offers a spa experience. And my favorite part, outside of always having beautiful nails, is I can make my appointments online. Can’t say enough positive things about this salon!

I rarely post any reviews and hate posting a negative but the quality and way I have been treated both times I’ve been here is terrible. My first set of acrylics from. Here were super thick and long. I had asked twice to have them shorted and was ignored. When I went back for a fill the lady that did my fill even commented on how thick, long and not well shaped they were. This lady did a much better job on the actual shape of my nails but didn’t allow for the gel to cure between coats leaving weird bubbles on several of my nails, you can also see ridges and brush strokes on all of my nails. My last two issues with this place are the man at the front desk is rude and the price you see online or even on their little menu at the front is NOT what I was charged. Pics are from 1 week after services and these bubbles are on several nails and have gotten worse/ was damp when the flap broke off of my left thumb.

I have been coming to Luna Nail Salon since 2020, but definitely not a regular since I am unable to make it in often. Each time has been such a good experience, apart from one time. The staff is always so sweet and very accommodating. They consistently check in to see how everything is, always are inviting, have a large assortment of colors to pick from, and even have drinks you can choose from during your service. The most recent time I went in, I went for a pedicure and Monica was who did my nails. She was constantly making sure I was okay and did an AMAZING job with the polish. She did put a design on the nails, which I didn’t ask for but was cute, and I was charged for it. I didn’t mind though, since it added some flair, though I would’ve appreciated being asked if it were something extra I wanted to pay for. I have gotten a few set of acrylics as well, and it has always turned out perfectly apart from the one time.

I came in today to get my nails done for Valentines day, this is what they attempted to leave me with. I called and explained how unhappy I was, was told to return to remove them before refund would happen so I did. Here’s before removing. I would NEVER charge $60 for this. Really shady.

I was looking for a new nail salon to frequent. I requested a classic pedicure listed at $30 and got the service. I was not given a fan and tried to wait for toenails to dry. After waiting a several minutes, hoping the nail polish was quick-dry, decided to check out with the pay slip that the technician gave me for $34. Not sure if she decided to add her own tip. I still paid. I’m still looking for an up-front-pricing, good and respectful nail salon where I do not have to go home and repaint my toenails.

I really wanted to love this salon! They have great accomodations and an amazing selection of colors and services. There staff are also very nice! It was a busy salon and the $50 spa pedicure I paid for seemed rushed, as did the paint job on my nails. The staff also forgot to bring us drinks until we were over halfway through the service. I think I’d give this place a second chance, the staff were nice, they just seemed almost too busy.

Critical: Quality2nd time going & i was very disappointed. Went in for a new full set & the lady i got seemed like she didnt know what she was doing (she was very sweet) i had to ask her to make my nails thicker cause she made them paper thin & she said “your getting gel polish that makes them thicker” i told the cashier lady that i needed my nails redone because the lady left them lumpy, uneven, & thin. They had me come back 2 hours later to get them “fixed” & the next lady literally just filed & changed the polish.
