Out of the dozen or so massages that I have had, Sahar was by far the best one yet! I have a very physically demanding career and she was able to really work out the knots in my problem areas. Sahar does a really good job of listening to what you want and applying proper technique. Sahar definitely has the healing touch! When I went to her the first time I was suffering from a severe sciatica flare up and she fixed me with just one session.. Needless to say she quickly became my go-to massage therapist in Pittsfield and she is really good at her craft, practicing several different modalities. Highly recommended!!
