The consultation was thorough, she listened to everything I wanted, didn’t want and she gave me her professional opinion and outlining of what my brows should look like. I’ve had my first and follow up appointment and it has been one of the best decisions ever. I wake up with brows that look natural and beautiful. I made an appt and paid the deposit online. Only to pull up and see they’ve been shutdown by the health department. Nobody bothered to message or call me. Then almost a week later I see them posting on Facebook now I guess they’re back open. I messaged on Facebook to see if I could have my deposit back and no one even open the message. But they can post stuff promoting their shop. I call and it goes straight to voicemail, I can’t even talk to someone. It’s only $20 but I think it’s super unprofessional and bad business. Wasted my time, gas and deposit.

Catherine did an amazing job when I tried Hybrids for the first time, and Rosie/Nova being so new their classics are to die for. This salon is fantastic. I recommend everyone to come here! I usually go to Catherine to get my eyelashes done, but if she’s not available, you can trust anybody in the salon to do fantastic work! I also get my eyebrows shaped and tinted by Ivanny. Ivanny is very thorough in her consultation and during the service, which is excellent. Ivanny is a remarkable person, and her microblading and powder brows are phenomenal; they are some of the best work I have seen in the NKY area by far! I recommend anybody to go here. Ivanny and her team will genuinely make you feel beautiful!

I went here after searching for places where I can get my brows done and try eyelash extensions. I saw they had 5 star reviews, so I went ahead and tried it. My brows look on fleek! Never really thought eyelash extensions are for me, but after this appointment I changed my mind. My eyelashes looked really nice. I love it! 11/10 did not disappoint! Had my lashes done by Catherine prior to my tropical vacation and I can’t rave enough about how much I loved them! I got compliments from everyone I meant and even 3 weeks later!
