The spa was clean and welcoming, very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Hilary was excellent during my treatment and I have zero complaints. Absolutely amazing service from reception until checking out. The recptionist was warm and welcoming. The PA, Hillary was so knowledgeable and had a great bed side manner. Ever my step of the process she made sure to ask that i understiod everything and to make sire i didnt have any questions. She allows for as many breaks as you need and are as confortable as possible. If i could give more stars i would. So happy with service all around!!!!

I recently went to Luminous because I have some sagging skin from weight loss. It was my first time at a med spa, And I was super nervous. They were all professional and welcoming and set my mind at ease. I got Botox for crows feet and 5 days later there is a HUGE difference! Thank you Tal, Danielle and Hillary!
