Critical: QualityWent in with a picture of what I wanted and was not given what I asked I kept telling her over and over I want it this way and she refused I wanted my hair blonde on top and red underneath simple but instead she said she wouldn’t do it that way and put in highlights I kept telling her that’s not what I want bit kept going once it was over I said I wasn’t happy and is there a way we can fix it now because this not what I want she refused to do and said no she wouldn’t.
