Critical: QualityThis is by far one of the worst nail jobs I’ve had done in years. I showed the man what I wanted and got the dollar general version. He was rushing and broke off one of my natural nails in the process. He did not file them so they are uneven and somewhat lumpy. My one nail he broke and put a tip on was not filed on the side to match up. There’s an overlap. I’m disgusted he was satisfied with his work and charged me 50$. He was rushing and broke off one of my natural nails in the process. He did not file them so they are uneven and somewhat lumpy. I love this place it’s clean, comfortable, they’re friendly, gentle, great prices, and my nails look fantastic. It was my first time there but I enjoy my experience so much I made sure to make my next appointment. I’m definitely going to be a regular I want to try all their services. We had small talk and it made the time go quickly it felt like I was there 10 mins. They’re very busy so they weren’t taking walk ins the day I was there so call ahead to get your spot. I went kinda basic since it was my first time just 2 colors but I’ve gotten compliments from a ton of people.

This is the best place to get your nails done. It is a very friendly and relaxed environment and the owners are so nice. They go out of their way for their clients and they are so talented at what they do. Once I went to Luminous, I hadn’t gone anywhere else since!
