Jimmy was great! Probably the best pedicure experience I’ve ever had. Great work. Clean and even explained to me about my skin. Never had a nail tech do that. Took his time even though it was end of day. Massage was lengthy with scrub, then again with lotion. Great color options too! I usually don’t care to pay for pedicures, but I’ll definitely be paying for more of these ones at luminous nails. I only did the $45 package but next time I will have to try the big one at $65. Hot stones it says! 😀 Thanks Luminous!

I visited Luminous Nails with my mom in March 2021. Service that day was fantastic. Enough so that I bought my mom a gift certificate for another pedicure. She called and made an appointment, and called to tell them she would be late. The lady who answered the phone said that would be fine. When she arrived, there was a man standing at around with no client himself. There were 3 people working and only 1 person had a client at that time. They REFUSED her service. She is so angry, and embarrassed, and does not want to go back to them ever. HOWEVER, I paid for this service in March…..are they going to steal this service with their refusal and take money for no service?

I normally have a great experience at this place. However, tonight I was treated very rudely by one of the older ladies that works here. When I kindly asked her to straighten a tip she had put on, she instantly got an attitude and started throwing stuff on the table and aggressively grabbing my hands. I felt very awkward the whole time because when I walked in, no one would speak to me, even when I tried to speak to them. I would consider other places with better customer service before choosing this place.

My daughter recently treated me to a trip to the nail salon to have my nails done. She had previously gone to this salon and liked them a lot and wanted me to try them as well. I am really glad that i did, because the visit was a very good one. We came in at almost closing with her and i both needing a set of dipped nails and a polish for my 6yr old granddaughter. They were very accommodating, they offered us refreshments and gave us hand and arm massages. We did not feel the least bit rushed even though we were there until a little past closing. They were extremely nice and pleasant and when we paid they gave each one of us a card for 15% off ALL services for the entire year. I think that they are very reasonably priced and would actually probably still use them even if their prices were a little higher. Honestly, i feel like it is really hard to get good customer service anymore in a nail salon. There are so many of them competing for the business and it has become more about who can service you the fastest and cheapest. I am not looking for that when i go to a salon, i would rather spend more money for the quality of work and hospitality than to pay less and be herded in and out like cattle. These people deserve 5 stars because they are giving a 5 star experience. I hope that never changes

The lady who did my nails was in a hurry and I’m not really happy with them, my thumb nail has ridges in it, taste was personable, I wanted a design painted on she said they can’t do that, but told the other lady waiting she could do hers, it was my 1st time, I’ll not be going back
