Critical: Punctuality, QualityI wouldn’t recommend going unless you know them! It seems they treat their returning customers different then new customers. My nails do not look like they are a refill it looks like I need one ! I was told my nail bed is big THATS why they used such a big nail. Seems like they focus more one natural nails than acrylic which is fine but please say that so I don’t waste $120…. I’m use to paying $$$ for my nails but at least they look new. I also had to wait to start my nails because other people had an appointment ( I made one as well so very confused why that was used as the excuse ) The ambiance is nice and probably what I paid for. I wouldn’t recommend going unless you know them! It seems they treat their returning customers different then new customers. My nails do not look like they are a refill it looks like I need one ! Critical: ProfessionalismVery disappointed with this establishment. Twice I have made an appointment with them for 10am and both times the salon was not open and owner arrived 20-30 minutes late. Not only that, they charged me an absurd amount of money to remove the gel from my nails, lightly clean up my cuticles, no color… (took no more than 20 minutes). Very disappointed with this establishment. Twice I have made an appointment with them for 10am and both times the salon was not open and owner arrived 20-30 minutes late. Not only that, they charged me an absurd amount of money to remove the gel from my nails, lightly clean up my cuticles, no color… (took no more than 20 minutes). I was charged $30 for this, and not a dollar off for their tardiness. I’m convinced this place is a scam.

Positive: Cleanliness, QualityLuminous Nails is amazing. Ask for Leo or Annie if they are available. They have literally like hundreds of colors for the dip powder and they do an amazing job. It is always clean and sanitary in there, and they disinfect all of their tools with UV light before/after use. Seriously my favorite nail place. My nails are long and they’re my real nails not tips so Leo is always super careful to preserve the integrity of my nails!! They really don’t feel weak at all even though I have been getting powder 1-2x per month for over a year. My nails last almost a month even though I’m a bartender so it’s super worth it. Luminous Nails is amazing. Ask for Leo or Annie if they are available. They have literally like hundreds of colors for the dip powder and they do an amazing job. It is always clean and sanitary in there, and they disinfect all of their tools with UV light before/after use. Seriously my favorite nail place. My nails are long and they’re my real nails not tips so Leo is always super careful to preserve the integrity of my nails!! They really don’t feel weak at all even though I have been getting powder 1-2x per month for over a year. My nails last almost a month even though I’m a bartender so it’s super worth it. It’s been 27 hours (just over a day) since I visited the salon for a manicure & pedicure, and the nail polish on almost every finger, has already chipped. The employees were kind, yet my mother complained to me about how her skin and cuticles around the nails were not properly cared for, and are slightly in pain. My issue with this place is that the employees weren’t clear when it came to the prices for our nails, and we ended up paying WAY more, compared to what thought we had to (and what the employees told us prior to starting our spa treatments). It’s been 27 hours (just over a day) since I visited the salon for a manicure & pedicure, and the nail polish on almost every finger, has already chipped.
