I made an appointment the night before for a Thursday morning. A co-worker recommended this place. Super cozy nail salon. Super clean and decorations are super cute. Pedicure was great. The nail technician didn’t rush at all and did a great job with French pedicure. I left after I let my nails dry for at least 15 minutes but then when I was getting into my car, I hit my foot against the door and smudged two of my toes. I went back and another nail technician fixed them and was super nice. I was happy with this first time experience and will be returning.

This place is very nice. As a man who gets manicures it’s one of the nicer and cleaner establishments I’ve been to in the local area. You pay a little extra than some places, but only a few bucks more. And it’s worth it. I can only speak for just a plain manicure though. But it’s the best place around that I’ve tried. Make an appointment though. They are usually busy.

Very bad experience. We just went on Friday to try for the 1st time & we definitely won’t be going back! They didn’t really spend anytime giving us pedicures. They didn’t address any of the issues each of us described that needed attention. There was NO leg massage & definitely NO TLC on our feet at all! You can’t even tell that I got a pedicure today (other than my toes are painted). They weren’t very friendly either. And they ask me for my card to pay just when I sit for the pedicure. They didn’t discuss what types of pedicures or services that they even have to offer?!?! Looks pretty but that’s it. VERY VERY VERY DISAPPOINTING!!!

I had a wonderful experience at luminous nails. I got a no chip that was totally worth the cost. During my experience I got a lotion hand mask for the duration of the visit, a hand massage and a very meticulous technician that did an amazing job. At first, before she started to paint my nails, I chose a color that I wasn’t too sure with and I asked to change it to a lighter color. It was no problem at all and she was so accommodating to my needs. I love it!

My husband and I visited this nail salon for the first time, both of us received pedicures and I received a manicure. The customer service was poor; we felt very rushed and handled roughly. After our service, I noticed only our pedicure stations being cleaned multiple times, the third time they were cleaned they filled the basins with hot water and poured a substantial amount of bleach in them and let them run for 20 mins each. This is a great practice, but not applied to any other pedi stations but ours. In fact, they barely cleaned the stations of the other guest. The only difference is that my husband and I are African American and the other guests were Caucasian. This supports other reviews alluding to poor service for black customers. All of us can’t be imagining this.

Critical: ProfessionalismBefore I took a lyft,I called and asked do they fill in gel nails? They said they cant ,but they can soak off and redo them.ODD!
