Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI just left this place. (I’m from Houston TX where we have better salons I must say.)The lady super rude, since the minute I walked in. she looked mad and like she hates her job. When I told her to clip my nail a bit shorter she started to speak Chinese and refused to do it. She was about to start on my left foot when I told her I was not happy the way I was being treated, she then proceeded to tell me to leave! There are so many other nail salons within the area. I just left this place. (I’m from Houston TX where we have better salons I must say.)The lady super rude, since the minute I walked in. she looked mad and like she hates her job. When I told her to clip my nail a bit shorter she started to speak Chinese and refused to do it. She was about to start on my left foot when I told her I was not happy the way I was being treated, she then proceeded to tell me to leave! There are so many other nail salons within the area. The pedicure was wonderful. However the owner did my nails and was very rude. I misunderstood what she was asking and then she got very rude with me. Then she told me she couldn’t cut my nails short. I have a baby and keep my nails short because of him. She was then rough with my hands. I dont plan to to back.

Very new to Port Lavaca and long overdue for a pedicure. I called and was seen right away. Walked into a shop with beautiful comfortable chairs and was greeted by Jenny! She sat me right away and never judged my HOOVES. Not only did she do an AMAZING job paying close attention to details she also educated me and explained what she was doing and the purpose for doing it. She was very sweet, made conversation and took the time to get to know me. It was by far the best experience I have ever had! Thank you Jenny, I will definitely be back!

They were uneven, not to mention she cut my cuticles twice on purpose. She was very rude and unpleasant to be around. My nails were not worth 50 bucks. Maybe like 10. The polish, which was gel, chipped in two days. Never going here again, they are rude and do a terrible job. Waste of money, going to Solar from now on

The lady there did my nails good but she was super rude. I should’ve left from the start the minute she slapped my hand down. I don’t understand why she kept doing it until other customers came in and we’re shocked as well. I’m never going back. I don’t recommend this place to anyone.

I don’t recommend this place to anyone. The lady was so rude. I guess I was too tense or something but she kept slapping my hand and pulling my arm. It’s weird because I get my nails done all the time and never have a problem. At one point she even told me to just look out the window! So unprofessional and not worth your money!
