I came in on Dec. 23. It was busy but hey fit me in. I thought I got lucky. The man who did my nails did fix the one that was coming up. So thank you. However, I asked to shorten them and change the shape. I was told it would take too long. He didn’t even do the fill in. Instead he filled down my existing nails and did a horrible paint job. I cried when my mom picked me up. She then took me to another salon to have them redone. If they couldn’t do what I wanted, I wish they had just said so. It ended up costing my mom over $100 to get my nails fixed. I’ll never go back

I will not be going back here. The man that did my mani and pedi wouldn’t let me look at my nails as he was doing them when I asked him to please paint all the way down to the cuticle so it doesn’t look grown out already…. he did not listen. Also my pedicure looks SO BAD!!!!! No one there listened to me and I just had to keep my mouth shut or I was going to explode. Do not go here!

Poor service and rude techs. How does a manicure not include trimming cuticles? Vicky is super aggressive and doesn’t take feedback well. I asked her to clean up the acrylic around my nail bed because it was uneven and she got a huge attitude. I had to go home and finish her terrible job myself after paying $45. Will never return or recommend.

Critical: ProfessionalismI wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. As someone who recently moved to Maryland, I’ve been looking for a new nail salon. I went in here last week to get the clear dip and gel on top as I always get. One of the female workers was telling me they were going to put acrylics on me, not being what I asked for I made her aware of what I wanted. She argued with me until the point of making me feel very uncomfortable. Im not sure why she was trying to tell me how to do my nails, considering I am paying for a service. She finally stopped and threw her hands in the air saying “okay” in a very rude tone. The man who did my nails did notice I got quiet and asked if I was okay, he did a great job on my nails after doing what I asked. But whoever the female worker was needs to put her customers wants and needs into more consideration. She was extremely rude and made me feel extremely awkward for wanting my nails a certain way. I went in here last week to get the clear dip and gel on top as I always get.
