I got this gel, French tip pedicure on Sept 23 before leaving on vacation and it is still going strong!! Almost 6 weeks later- after working out some, walking around in sand for a week and general wear- No chipping or peeling, it looks great still!

Just moved back to town going out to dinner and had a broken dip nail. Called to see if I could get in and the receptionist was very helpful. She said is could just come in and they’d fix it. Tina helped me match the color and fixed it very quickly. I was so impressed with her I scheduled a full dip manicure and pedicure for the following week. Thanks to Luminous Nail Spa 3 for saving me!

Would have given higher star rating if it was just Margo. Margo was truly amazing ( did my pedicure) but the lady who did my finger nails, seemed new and had to redo my thumb nails 3 times to get them straight. Seemed like she wasn’t listening (or didn’t understand) when I was telling her the length I wanted on my nails and had to repeat verbally like 4 times (finger nails were all different lengths, so I had to say something), then she left me in the chair and walked off without saying anything ( while my nails were drying). She never did come back, i ended up spotting her over at one of the massage chairs with another coworker. So I ended up just getting up after ten mins and walked myself to the register and paid. Thumb nails ended up getting butchered because it was not properly dried ( partially my fault because I got up after waiting for some sort of direction) typically I love this place and have been going for a while, but I was just a little taken back at that . 🙂 highly suggest Margo or Ellie if you book an appt

Ive been to the salon at least 10 times now, sometimes it’s great and sometimes not. My most recent visit, the nail tech was very rough on my nails and several fingers were bleeding/sore. She also forgot the design I asked for then got mad I didnt say anything, when I thought she was just doing her job and minding my business. The appointment she had next had arrived, and started rushing me and my services. After asking nicely if I could get the design, she said no it’s too late and moved on to her customer who showed up early. I then asked if anyone else could because thats what I wanted done. She said “then go ask someone else, Im not doing them” I was charged $70 for uneven nails, sharp edges, and an unfinished design. I was dissatisfied and disappointed! I trusted them and was let down. Probably wont be back anytime soon.

My granddaughter invited me to accompany her to get her nails done at luminous nail spa three. Her appointment was at 11:30. Finally after going up to the front desk three different times and being told that we were next, she was served after 1230. She waited over an hour. When I asked the woman at the desk what was going on she said they were very busy because of homecoming and had a lot of walkins. Excuse me! What does a walk-in have to do with someone that has an actual appointment. We will never go there again. I will say that her nails turned out beautifully but that wait was absolutely ridiculous. And no one seemed to know what was going on

Absolutely terrible service. They were on their phone, ignoring me, were very rushed, and hurt my nails during the filing process. I had to remind them to trim my cuticles and soak my nails (in cold water btw). I am very unsatisfied with my nails. They are filed so short that they hurt and are rounded out. I am a 27 year old woman who hlooks like they have 5 year old lails. I will not be coming back. $105 for nails that look terrible
