This is the most worst nails salon in boynton beach I came in for a pedicure and the lady did not wash my feet before she put the acrylic on so was so rude she did not take off all the polish that was on my toes before and still charged me $20 for the poor service she provided…I would not advise anyone to go there than there is not a supervisor there to speak to about anything !!!!

I was very disappointed on my last visit. I’ve been going here for many years for a Pedi. On my last visit, they applied 3 coats (I think the nail polish was old). Three hours later after my shower, I noticed that the nail polish had smeared all over my toes. I went back the next day so they can reapply another color and because m nail tech was not there, they sent me home after I had payed them full price. The guy I spoke with was not sorry, did not offer to take of me. He just simply told me that they were very busy and could not help me ( not true because I saw techs walking around with nothin to do). He was very unprofessional, unsympathetic and left to the back so he wouldn’t have to talk to me any longer. I was leaving on vacation the day after and could not come back. I had to apply a color myself at home. I would never go back and would not recommend this place to anyone.

I came in right before closing time for pedicure & Manicure , after all the other Nail Salons denied me for coming to late , this one decided to take good care of me I really appreciated it , instead of going home they decided to stay & do a great job.

I have been going to this establishment for a while now. On Friday I had my eyebrows waxed and once I got home the areas that were waxed were hurting and burning me. The next day I had burnt marks. I went to the salon to show them how they burnt me and the guy I spoke with just told me oh you should have came right back to us, just put some aloe. He had the nerve to tell me that oh your skin is just sensitive. I had to tell him this is were I always get my eyebrows waxed. I told him they need to turn the heat from the wax down and the guys said oh it’s always on medium. No accountability and no I’m sorry because this happened. I like the salon but I’m done giving them my business.

I only started going there because someone told me that Phillip was good, although he is always booked I have tried different ppl. Helen is always professional and Andrew was nice, however one women was really mean and walked off speaking in another language to me after approaching me. Helen asked her to take me but she was ready to leave and told her no, Helen had to ask her several times before she finally walked up to me after seeing that I wasn’t so welcoming when she walked up and asked me what I wanted. I told her I already told Helen that’s when she stormed off and left!! Workers should always keep it professional in the work place and always have good customer service I was still able to do my nails but will not be going back.

I was a customer for about a year and the last few times I had the worst service ever. The manager even knew of the bad service and didn’t do anything about it. They all speak to each other in their language & make you feel very uncomfortable. Like they’re doing you a favor when it’s awful service.
