I wish there was a 0 star option. I asked for long and skinny nails she gave me short and fat nails. The lines are uneven and it’s messy. Nails are uneven. Nail polish all over my hands and she only wanted to use one coat leaving it see through and streaky. All for 75$. Not ok.

I started going to this place a few months ago because I fell out of love with the place I was already at. While this place has a very friendly staff and is very clean, I am never satisfied with my results 100%. Nothing is ever exactly what I ask for and it’s frustrating and a lot of times I’ve been there so long I just don’t even want to try and fix it. If you’re looking for a place and you prefer regular polished nails with no designs or details, I would recommend coming here. But steer clear if you’re wanting anything fancy or particular. I want to love this place but can’t justify spending $150+ each time and being unhappy. The two pictures I’ve added are my most recent set. What I asked for and what I got. Also part of my skin was glued to the nail and ripped a chunk out. And there’s hard pointy pieces of acrylic that weren’t filed down. So disappointed

Been going here for 6yrs and never had a problem until now. Got my nails done on 11/18 a few hours before a weeding I was attending. First off, I usually get dip on regular nails but wanted acrylic this time and chose regular polish. I felt rushed out once my nails were done. They just give you one tiny fan to dry both hands. Lady sprayed my hands with some drying spray and sent me on my way. Spend 30 mins drying there, then spent another 30 minutes in my car with the warmish air on. 3hrs after I left the salon I took a shower and my nails SMUDGED! So irritated. Called to complain and ask for money back. Was told my nails weren’t dry and was my fault (even 3hrs AFTER I left the salon) which I replied with my nails should have been completely dry by now.

I wish this could be better but it was a poor experience – very overpriced for a sub par service. I have had really good experiences at this place and it has always been my go to unfortunately I will be finding somewhere new. Paid for the top line pedicure, the tech took the liner out of the bowl and proceeded to do my pedicure which was a little concerning. The massage was mediocre to say the least and the hot stones were barely warm let alone the whole experience only lasted for 35 mins instead of the hour we paid for.

I’ve tried quite a few nail salons on the area and this place is my favorite no matter which tech I have gotten. I’ve been coming here for at least years and even through different owners and name changes they have not changed in their customer service and I’m always happy with my nails.
