Jennifer rescheduled, then cancelled my appointment 90 minutes before, saying she was running behind schedule. Her remedy was to offer to reschedule several days later. Either she does not know how long her services take, or she is mismanaging her time. Also, she lists the service I bought (Men’s back waxing) as $50 on her website, not the $70 that the Groupon lists as her regular price, with Groupon of 50% off at $35. That seems dishonest.
