My husband and I have been clients of Paul’s for over 25 years. He is a top notch stylist and an even better person. He listens to what you want and is open to trying new things. He knows the latest styles and trends. The salon is impeccably taken care of with respect to cleanliness, up to date furnishings and accessories. In addition they make you feel comfortable from beginning to end offering water, coffee, tea etc. They also make good recommendations for products specifically for your hair type. I always have a great day when I visit Paul at Salon Luminosity. Give it a try, you won’t be disappointed.

Would give 0 stars if I could. Arrived on time. Had never been there, but had heard decent things about the place, plus it is close to my work. Wanted a color and haircut/style. Stylist was pleasant enough. Since iI am comfortable going all gray at my age, we discussed and after some discussion, she said she could do that. She failed to mention it would take 5 hours. When it was finally time for her to cut and style, she barely trimmed it and called it done, even though I told her that I wanted a cute shorter style. But after 5 hours, I was ready to just get home. My grey color only lasted for 2 weeks, even though I was using purple shampoo. I called today to ask if anything could be done. They scheduled me for a consultation with another stylist there, but then called me back and said that there was a scheduling mix up and would need to reschedule, but the only times they had were while I have to work. They basically said, well, if you can’t come in when we have time, we can’t help you. I paid over $200 for a dye job that only lasted 2 weeks. Will not be back and I hope you don’t go there either!

Laney was wonderful and did exactly what I asked. I have very thick, long hair and it’s hard to cut and style. She did amazing! The salon is very appealing to the eye and everyone working there was professional and friendly! Definitely recommend!

Took my daughter in for a haircut. She’s only really done trims in the past and was ready to cut a descent amount off for a new look. Friendly staff when i called to book as well as when we arrived. She was very comfortable with the stylist and was very happy with her new look. We’ll be back for sure! Haircut

Poor communication. I had an appointment for hair and wax and wax was not available when my hair was done. Then I go to come back and found they closed for the day even though sign and phone system says 7:30pm and online says 6pm.

I’ve never gone to get my hair cut other than an occasional trim, so this was a different and exciting experience for me and Brigette knew EXACTLY how to execute the style I wanted, and checked in with me along the way to make sure I liked it. She used really amazing products on me that I ended up purchasing and they’re lovely too. I’ve never gone to get my hair cut other than an occasional trim, so this was a different and exciting experience for me and Brigette knew EXACTLY how to execute the style I wanted, and checked in with me along the way to make sure I liked it.
