Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueThe total remodel of the Luminate Salon and Boutique is totally amazing! The space is now so light and inviting with lots of space to lounge as you wait for your service and very cute clothes and jewelry for a little retail therapy. The hair care products they are now using by Oribe are absolutely fantastic and I was thrilled to see the switch since they are the same products my salon in DC used. I have not seen it in any other salon here in FL. Amy is total professional and really understands curly hair. I’ve yet to do color with her but I’ve heard that she is also fantastic in that department. My next appointment will be for a facial. Looking forward to seeing how that goes. The total remodel of the Luminate Salon and Boutique is totally amazing! The space is now so light and inviting with lots of space to lounge as you wait for your service and very cute clothes and jewelry for a little retail therapy. The staff is wonderful and accommodating and Amy is the BEST at color and hair cutting! The massage and facials are excellent. When she is working on your hair she is attentive and explains what she is doing. She is so kind and gentle making sure that you are comfortable. Your hair will be very safe while trusted in her care! I would rate higher if I could <3I got my uneven bangs fixed (a different salon messed them up), as well as the rest of my hair just enough for all of the dead ends to be gone. She is pure gold! Trust me. Plus they offered me wine so I might be a little biased! What??? Joke aside the salon is well maintained and follows all COVID protocols.
