They called me for my virtual consultation, said hello a bunch of times and no one was there. I called back no one answered. The appt was supposed to be Facetime but was not. They cancelled my appointment which isn’t even until tomorrow because I missed my consultation. Used the excuse in our last email correspondence I didn’t fill out documents they sent me. Doesn’t explain they didn’t try to get in touch with me or tell me they cancelled my appt. I would rather pay more to not have such terrible service. They didn’t even try to call back. I had to follow-up with them.

Kaeleen is amazing and I am so happy I found her and Luminaskin! Everyone here is so nice and so professional. Kaeleen has been working with me for years now and I will wait until she is available for an appointment because she is so worth it. She uses techniques for my under eye Botox that no one else does that gives me amazing results, shes helped me with redness and acne scaring, and my laugh lines. I am not one to write a lot of reviews but Kaeleen!!!!!!! OMG! She is a total rock star. This was my first visit. I will start by saying that Jessica who checked me in was incredibly nice and welcoming. The place is beautiful and spotless. It shows that they are enforcing Covid protocols strictly. Kaeleen is absolutely the best. I would follow her to Poland if she left lol. It has only been two days and already, she has taken away almost all of my creases and wrinkles under the eyes. I have always been self conscious about this area, especially in a mask. I already have a renewed sense of confidence and it is all because of Kaeleen. She also took her time to explain, did not try to upsell me; gave me only what I needed, and the results everywhere are better than I could have expected. I will be back again and again. Thank you for exemplary service from start to finish.
