My husband and I had our hair cut by Alex a few weeks ago. He is very friendly and personable. However my husband and I really did not have a very good experience. This was the third time we scheduled and had to change our plans for the day and come back later because our appointment was not put in the books. We showed him pictures of what we wanted and described what exactly we wanted and we felt that it was not taken into consideration. My husband’s hair was fine for the most part but his bangs were way too long and we have told him he wanted something low maintenance and didn’t want to use gel and he used it anyway. I wanted my hair at shoulder length with my bangs that always touch my eyebrows and he cut them way too short and the rest of my hair was uneven and way too short. I also did not like that I was never asked how I like my hair styled and it was not how I liked it styled.

I got my hair cut with Alex, so I can only speak to the service he provided. He is super friendly and outgoing and just a nice person, and if my review was solely based on this, than the rating would be a lot higher, but his hair cutting abilities were less than satisfactory, which is the reason for the low rating. I have curly hair so it’s not so bad and noticeable but when I got home and straightened it, it looked like someone had hacked away at my hair with a meat cleaver, very choppy, not cute, I actually had to attempt to cut off a few long pieces myself ♀️ It’s just not what I expected to see after a $55 haircut and a generous tip very disappointed and sad to say I will not be going back.

I had a great experience at this salon. It was super clean and the decor is so elegantly done. My stylist was Alex. He was very warm and extremely knowledgeable. He actually taught me a lot about hair! And my mother was a hair stylist too! I’m super picky about my hair, due to my mom. He was very professional and my hair color turned out beautiful. I love it. I’m looking forward to next time I get to pamper myself. Thank you Alex!

They had excellent customer service however, my hair is now orange and splotchy and I have to get it fixed by someone else. The man who did my hair also frizzed out my hair and then told me I was all done. It was pointless and made me feel like a joke. I will not be coming back here and now have to hurry and fix this before my friends wedding. Very dissatisfied!
