Once I stepped foot into the office, it was very clean and well put together. I was greeted properly and felt very comfortable being here. Its very rare nowadays to walk into a business and feel so comfortable as if you are in your own home; Dr. Lum’s personality, integrity, honesty, and the overall setting of his establishment made this possible.I received the Cosmelan treatment. Dr. Lum explained the procedure thoroughly and coherently enough that a non-physician like myself could understand. The conversation was amazing and I enjoyed being in his office. The treatment took less than 10 minutes and I was all set to go with my at home kit and instructions. I came back for a second treatment (touch up 12-8-20) and saw my before and after pictures. Seeing the results post 1st treatment, this is the best chemical peel I’ve ever gotten. My skin is 10x smoother, a few shades lighter, acne scarring is gone, no pimples, and as one person stated, I look as if I’m wearing makeup. I feel so much more confident and received so many compliments on my new skin.In brevity, if you are looking for a doctor who has experience (knows his stuff), makes you feel good inside and out, and can deliver promising results then Dr. Michael Lum is the best. I am very pleased with the results of the fillers improving the aesthetics of my face in a very subtle and natural way. I got the results I was after. The practice has Covid protocol in place and only receive 1 patient at a time. I recently received botox from Dr. Lum and is extremely happy with the very apparent improvement that I returned for fillers. I am very pleased with the results of the fillers improving the aesthetics of my face in a very subtle and natural way. I got the results I was after. The practice has Covid protocol in place and only receive 1 patient at a time. I was seen promptly when I arrived and the injections were painless with the topical anesthetic.
