I drove 45 minutes for my appointment. When I arrived the tech wouldn’t see me she said she had me scheduled for another day. When I showed her the text confirming that I was indeed there on the right day, all she could do is say sorry but she couldn’t see me. This is horrible customer service. My gas and time was totally disregarded as if to say oh well, not my problem.

Took my daughter to Tina to have the ends of her hair colored for her birthday. We were both very pleased with our experience. The atmosphere and people are pleasant and professional.
