I cannot speak higher of all the staff, quality of work, and establishment. I truly think it takes a 10/10 on all fronts to run a successful business. Lumi Nail Spa will always have my business because they’re simply kind people and great at what they do. I’ve had my nails done three times here (dip on regular nails, gel on toes x2) and have loved every session specifically for their neat, precise, work and attention to detail – I’m picky and fortunately for me, they are too. I may be biased but my nails seem to stay looking fresh (minus natural growth) longer than normal. They take their time and make your self care session is worth while. The ambiance is light and all around relaxing vibes with calm music. I always feel pampered leaving there. I’ll try to remember to take pictures and share after my next visit.

I have had wonderful experiences here in the past. Unfortunately, I had a terrible experience here yesterday. The girl was nice, but so rough it was unbearable. I had to tell her a few times to be gentle. She cut my cuticles until they bled and scrubbed my feet like she was scrubbing a toilet. She squeezed super cold lotion on my arms and legs like she was squeezing ketchup onto a hot dog. She had zero understanding of how to make a client feel comfortable. Be careful who you get, and stick with who you know. Please owners make sure your manicurist are trained to understand how to treat clients and supervise them until you are certain they are competent.

Lumi Nail Spa | This is an excellent nail spa – the aesthetic is clean and relaxing and the place itself is beautiful. The employees were all amiable. They greeted us, had us signed-in & seated, and started the service in quick time (This is wonderful because I called 20 minutes before I came in). I came in with my partner, both of us hoping for a pedicure & manicure, and they completed it all in under an hour while also doing an exceptional job. I highly recommend this place and am definitely planning to return.
