Critical: QualityUnfortunately this is a quantity type of business and not quality. This is always a rush rush service and if your tech is behind schedule, you are passed to someone else. Iam a simple person, use mani pedi gel and in less than 4 days my gel polish was cracking. I don’t use harsh chemicals, I use dawn to wash my dishes. It should not be cracking on my 4th day. Unfortunately this is a quantity type of business and not quality. This is always a rush rush service and if your tech is behind schedule, you are passed to someone else. The no star rating was not an option. I rate this place -0 stars I came back today to get my nail fixed because it chipped and the owner told me off and never to go back again. I’ve been going to this place for 10 years. As a business owner in the beauty industry it was one of the most embarrassing experiences in my life she (the owner) was so rude and nasty to me. All I have to say it’s so important to be nice to your clients/guests and treat them with respect because you never know what’s going on in your life and as women who constantly goes to the nail salon regularly to make myself feel good. I will NEVER EVER recommend this place to anyone.

I have been going to this place for 6 years because I used to like it but the past 4 times I have been there service has been horrific and now they have increased their prices. I will not be returning. My nails were done 5 days ago and they are in a horrible state today, wish I did not spend my money on this place. Definitely not worth it.

Terrible service. They are rude! The guy working on my daughter’s nails screamed at her when it was him that didn’t understand what she was asking him! Never again. Oh and they charge $20 for a design on your nails. They don’t tell you how much for your design until you pay.

Worst service ever. The only reason we visited this place is because my daughter had an event on the same day. Someone recommended it. From the moment we walked in, we encountered the rudeness. On any other day, I would have turned around and walked right out. The receptionist was a bit confused/did not understand what I was asking, the price for a mani/pedi. She then instructed us over to the wall and display to choose our gel color and regular nail polish color. The gel color my daughter chose was not available in regular polish. There was no incline of anyone trying to offer us to find the matching regular polish, even with 10+ staff working there. After choosing a color that came close to the gel polish we proceeded to walk over to the nail tech waiting on my daughter. She was blowing on her hot coffee and made no intent on saying hello or making us feel welcome. It was more like we were bothering her while she tried to drink her hot coffee!! I left my daughter there (I could tell she was uncomfortable) and I went to the coffeehouse next door. Not even 20 minutes later, my daughter tells me the nail tech is done with her toes and is starting on her hands. A short time later, she texts me to tell me she’s done. I asked my daughter how she did, and the first thing I asked her is “did she cut you?” and my daughter said, “yes, she did!” I asked her did she even apologize, and she’s like, “no, she didn’t even offer to put anything on it!” Needless to say, we did not leave her a tip and we will definitely never return to this place. Her name is Tiffany. Terrible attitude. Do yourself a favor and never waste your time or money here!

Horrible. My husband and I both got pedicures and my husband got a manicure and I got a dip. They did my husband‘s manicure in the same spot they did his pedicure was uncomfortable. he had to lift his hand and hold it up. When you go for a Mani and a pedi you expect a little pampering. You shouldn’t be the one being uncomfortable. I felt like he was in a McDonald’s drive-through. And with me the colors did not match I asked for a certain color. one came out white and the other one came out purple. When I told her it wasn’t the same color. Before she dipped my nail . She Tiffany didn’t care continued. she showed me the name of the other product and said that was their fault if they couldn’t get it straight. I’ve gone to other places like other salons that get it right. Returning to back to the other salon. This place is like place a McDonald’s drive-through quick in and out . I give it a half star my husband say Not even a star.
