ANGELA IS OUTSTANDING!!! Every time I have seen her at Lume for a blowout, curling, and even a bridal hairstyling she has done a fantastic job! She listens to what I want, is approachable and gracious when I might ask for something a tad different, and always makes me look great! She accommodated styling for a family who came to visit at the last minute. I’ve received lots of compliments from her hairstyling. I highly recommend Lume Hairstyles in Chevy Chase. I have very thick hair and almost always get a botched haircut because many stylists don’t take the time to split it into enough layers. Angela was great! I have been to several hair salons and this was the best place I have ever been to. It is very clear that she knows what she is doing and she is very professional. She explained everything to me before we begin and let me decided if that is something I want to proceed with. She was very gentle with my hair. I have a very very sensitive scalp and I have had very bad experience on my hair/scalp in other hair places, but Angela was very considerate and took time to see the reaction on my skin.
