I specialize in therapeutic bodywork utilizing dynamic stretching, deep tissue modalities, trigger point and heat therapies.

Lucy is incredibly talented at her craft. She begins the service with an in depth consultation about your problem areas and your preferred pressure, she is a great listener and very knowledgeable. I have a hard time with a lot of pressure and she is able to work out my knots without feeling like I got beat up for an hour. Expect to be incredibly relaxed during the service and feeling lose after! I would highly recommend trying the 2 hour massage!
