It is sad when you must cancel an appointment due to illness and still are charged a 50% fee. When they are not open on Monday and your appointment is on Tuesday how are you supposed to give 24-hour notice? Company policy should be reviewed, especially when you do not have the opportunity to give a 24 hour notice due to the facility being closed! This review has nothing to do with the stylist I used, she is good at what she does. I really hate that I must find a new hairstylist, but Lulu’s morals are not something I can support.

After looking for someone local in our area and reading all reviews I chose LuLu’s Salon and requested Tiffany. I had very long hair and was ready to cut it above my shoulders. When I arrived Tiffany was patient with me while I described my hair and showed a picture of what I would like to have in a short haircut. She asked all the right questions before and while she was cutting my hair. When she finished I couldn’t stop smiling. I love my hair and will be going back thank you Tiffany!

I took my son and my boyfriend here to get thier hair cut and it was great. My boyfriend being really picky about his hair loved it and it was my sons first cut. They worked with him very well and gave him a first haircut certificate! We will be going back for sure.

The girl who did my hair was super sweet. I told her what I didn’t want and she came up with a picture of what she was going to do. Loved it. Too bad it didn’t come out like the picture.
