Critical: ProfessionalismToday I came in for a gel powder manicure I scheduled a 5 PM appointment. I asked sunny I believe her name was (she’s the one who has bang in front of her face) to do my eyebrows while my nails were drying. While she was doing them she got my hair stuck in the wax several times and she even cut my hair off without asking me. I am very upset that my hair is fried in several areas. How can someone just cut your hair without asking? Today I came in for a gel powder manicure I scheduled a 5 PM appointment. I asked sunny I believe her name was (she’s the one who has bang in front of her face) to do my eyebrows while my nails were drying. We were getting nails done for my sister’s wedding and they said they weren’t able to paint a super basic flower design on her nail. Sounds like they just didn’t want to be bothered. This place says Lulu’s nails on the outside and advertises $18 Mani and Pedi Monday – Wednesday. when I’m finished they charge me $55. when I question it they say they changed their name 10yrs ago to Happy Color. would not honor the advertisement. Ivy bring a guy over to the register and he asks why am I only going to tip her $2 for a $55 service. Are you serious? I wasn’t done pulling cash out of my bag. Rude and entire regular Mani and Pedi did not even take 20minutes.

Got my nails done here for my vacation. I’m so happy that I finally find my my nail place. They did a good job, and for a very reasonable price. They also have the membership going on. I joined the membership and deposited$100, and I got $115 in my membership card. Highly recommend this place.

Jasper was amazing!! Best fill in ever!! I have been to at least 20 different nail salons across the island in the last 15 years (since I have lived in 4 different areas) and Jasper is definitely 1 of the best nail techs ever! I will be leaving Saigon and coming here from now on!! My nails look beautiful and super natural!!!

I’ve been going to this salon for a very long time and usually have a good experience. I went in today to get a full set of acrylics and the lady I had was extremely rude and left me leaving crying and extremely upset. I have personal issues that I am already upset about and she pointed them out which made me cry but I was embarrassed so i didn’t say anything which i obviously should have. she first told me i had to get gel acrylics which i didn’t even know what it was for $80 instead of acrylics which is $50 which i didn’t understand because i’ve gotten acrylics many times before. the first design i asked for which was two lines like a french tip she was talking to another worker about for a little so i just said never mind i will just get a regular color if that’s too hard. she was very rough and was rushing because she had another appointment waiting. the quality of this salon has went down tremendously while the prices just keep going up a lot. and i can’t stress that enough. i will never be going back again because i don’t think it’s fair for a person who is paying for a service to be treated that way. also my mom went in to explain how i was very upset and they just explained how it was my fault and they didn’t know why i was upset and how i didn’t say anything. but i was already so upset and already crying in the salon so i don’t know how i could’ve said something in the moment without crying more so i just chose to stay quiet and not say anything. i will never be going back there again because none of that is worth any amount of money. and i suggest no one else goes there because it’s a waste of money and there staff is rude and there salon is not good anymore.

My daughter and I went in and got a mani pedi for her and a pedi for me. I didn’t have enough cash for a good tip, a tip I would normally give. The lady was so angry she waved around the tip my daughter, who is 5 gave her and was talking about it to the other workers. Absolutely RUDE and made it known she was mad about it!!! I understand that you work off your tips but I was not aware, as it was my first time here that it was cash only tips. Because of this I will never go here again!!! You just don’t do that.
