Positive: Quality, ValueMy family and I have been coming to LuLu’s since it opened. My daughter finds pictures of hairstyles and every time they deliver perfectly. I brought my elderly and infirm mother-in-law for a Mother’s Day pampering and they were so gentle with her. She looked wonderful. It was our last Mother’s Day outing we would have with her.They do an amazing job with coloring and styling my hair. My son lives in Pittsburgh but will run in for a quick haircut when he visits because of the value.The owner is so kind and respectful. She always remember me and so many details about me. My family and I have been coming to LuLu’s since it opened. My daughter finds pictures of hairstyles and every time they deliver perfectly. I brought my elderly and infirm mother-in-law for a Mother’s Day pampering and they were so gentle with her. She looked wonderful. It was our last Mother’s Day outing we would have with her.

Critical: Professionalism, QualityMy daughter and I went here for first time recently for hair servicesMy daughter got her hair highlighted which she liked so I decided to get my haircut by the gentleman that cuts hair there. I specifically pointed to the length that I wanted and then followed up with only an inch off please. Well he didn’t listen at all to my request and wound up taking off more like 3 inches and put layers in my hair. I was not at all pleased at the end result. I thought the staff was rather rude and unaccommodating. They list cheap rates and add mandatory tip during checkout which is against business ethics. Make sure you confirm the full service charge before getting any service done. For keratin treatment they charged $30 mandatory tip on top of service charge. Do not recommend at all. Stay away even if you desperately need the service.Very poor customer service.
