I had the opportunity of getting my Ombre Brows done by Dianna at Lulu Lux. I love my brows and the whole experience. She explained the whole process, was very professional and made me feel very relaxed. I was very concerned of the amount of pain, mind you I have no tattoos. The process was pretty much painless, it don’t hurt. Throughout the process she asked if I was Okay. Also, I am very very picky, its my face. She shaped my brows very well. If you’re worried about the pain and want your brows done, don’t worry, it’s not bad at all. I highly recommend her.

The BEST!! I’ve been getting my lashes done in the DMV area for over 7/8 years now, but Diana is hands down the best of all! My lashes always look very full and fresh for a minimum of 3 weeks. I can definitely go longer than 3 weeks if need be because the retention is that great! If you’re looking for a professional lash tech that knows exactly what she’s doing, look no further! I started going to Lulu Lux Lash about 3 or 4 years ago and never looked back at any other place. Diana is one of the best lash techs in the DMV. Although I have a ton of lashes, they are extremely fine and curly, and I’ve struggled with other artists’ techniques causing my extensions to tangle or fall out quickly; however, Diana’s technique always keeps them neat and fluffy and they last for weeks. Most recently, I got the ombré brow service and I’m absolutely in love. I still have about 12 more days until they’re fully healed, and I can’t wait for the finished product. Diana is so sweet and patient and makes sure to breakdown all processes. There’s truly no other!
