She has always been professional and transparent about pricing and maintenance required. Likewise she provides a thorough guide (videos) on how to care for your extensions. Any time a question ha come up she responds within a reasonable (almost always immediate) timeframe and is always always willing to check them out or make an adjustment if something is uncomfortable. I have been getting professional extensions on and off for 20 years and Sam is without a doubt the best. Sam is amazing and has completely transformed how I feel about my hair. She has always been professional and transparent about pricing and maintenance required. Likewise she provides a thorough guide (videos) on how to care for your extensions. Sam’s professionalism goes above and beyond and she always makes me feel so at home, from the moment I arrive, until the time I leave. Her laugh is infectious and she always has a listening ear. Sam’s professionalism goes above and beyond and she always makes me feel so at home, from the moment I arrive, until the time I leave. Her laugh is infectious and she always has a listening ear.
