I have gel nails and Stacy has been doing my nails since I started there. Stacy is amazing! She is like a nail artist. She can design and execute my nail designs perfectly. She is very polite and professional, and does an incredible job no matter what design I ask for. She has a great eye for details and design. She shapes my nails perfectly and they rarely ever break. They use great quality materials. I have also had pedicures and back massages, which have also been a great experience. I have been going to Lulu Island Nails for well over 1 year and I am a very satisfied customer. I have gel nails and Stacy has been doing my nails since I started there. Stacy is amazing! She is like a nail artist. She can design and execute my nail designs perfectly. She is very polite and professional, and does an incredible job no matter what design I ask for. She has a great eye for details and design. She shapes my nails perfectly and they rarely ever break. They use great quality materials. I’ve been going to this salon for 4 years with no problems. I’m giving this rating purely based off of the awful customer service I received after never complaining there once. Unfortunately my last two powder manicures the top coat peeled off after 2 or 3 days. The first time I put my own top coat on at home to cover it and kept it moving but the second time after having three nails peel and then one nail completely break off I went back after only 6 days of having my nails freshly done. They fixed the broken nail but the peeled nails ended up looking worse off than when I got there. I mentioned it to the woman doing my nails and she told me that’s how it’s going to look and walked away because they were about to close and she didn’t want to deal with it. I again stupidly left without making a big deal. Two days later another nail broke and had three more peeled nails. I made an appointment this time and spoke to the girl at the front when I got there explaining to her the whole situation telling her I needed my nails to be fixed as I was going on vacation and they were all ruined. She asks me if I want to pick a new color and sat me down. At the end they demanded I pay which I was incredibly unhappy with as I was getting my nails fixed from their defective top coat. The staff and manager were absolutely unwilling to acknowledge what an inconvenience it was for me to go back there two times in three days. Tried to blame me for the problem and only offered me 7 dollars discount. I will never return there again. Learn how to respect and treat your loyal customers well. Terrible terrible customer service. You are just a dollar sign to them.

I’ve had some manicures done here, and I’ve never ever experienced a richer outcome with my fingernails. They never crack or break, plus the staff here is usually very helpful with just about any nail requirements I have. I definitely suggest LuLu Island Nail Salon to anyone. The only downside I can think of is that it took a while to do.

If I could give them a 0 I would I was going here since i moved to the area a year and a half ago. I was stuck in traffic from work they called me I said I would be there in 5 minutes they said fine no problem . I show up with my daughter had two appointments the male worker was disgustingly rude to me told me im not taking you when we just spoke to each other. Constantly over busy there’s no respect for customers they don’t care they just treat everyone like they are a number.I like going to places for service for the “service” he treated me like garbage I will never go back here or recommend them again ! Also they are mediocre ,just close in proximity to my home otherwise would never go here

I find them rude. If you are 1 minute late for an appointment they call and ask are you coming. Tonight I was paying and trying to decide which bills I would give and one of the owners said very rudely the amount. I said I’m just deciding on how to give it. I will never go there again
