I went in with a Groupon for a partial Hi-Lite. Amber Kelley charged me an extra $20 before I even sat down. After the hi-lite I told her she could add an extra $10 for a tip. She decided that wasn’t enough so she charged my card a total $50. After asking her if she made a mistake she replied, I should have tipped her $40. Wow………………Scam!
