It was my first time going to this place and the last time. I went there due to the good reviews, I asked for a round shape and a milky color and I didn’t have anything on my nails. My nails looks like that I’ve done them myself, and I was charged $33 not sure for what. No price were hanged and the tech didn’t say anything. On the charging screen it showed that it was $10 for the shellac and $20 for other service that I honestly don’t know what is.

It was my first time at Lula and they are by far the most professional, capable salon I’ve ever been to (and I’ve been to a TON all over the country). I don’t even remember the last time I had a pedicure and my feet were in rough shape. Karen took her time and was extremely detail-oriented. She didn’t move on to the next step in the service until what she was working on looked perfect. My feet look perfect and they feel so soft and amazing.I also had a lot of fun chatting with Karen, Tia, Tia’s customer, and Tracey. It was so nice to get out of the house for a little while and socialize since I feel so cooped-up. The front door was locked, they only accept appointments, they took my temperature, masks are required, they had me wash my hands right away, Karen wore gloves, and everyone was very generously spaced out. The “Luxury Pedicure” I had today from Karen was so amazing. It was my first time at Lula and they are by far the most professional, capable salon I’ve ever been to (and I’ve been to a TON all over the country). I don’t even remember the last time I had a pedicure and my feet were in rough shape. Karen took her time and was extremely detail-oriented. Yesterday was my first time going and I got a pedicure. Karen was the young lady who took care of me. She payed close attention to detail. I loved the place it very cute and nicely designed. They are still following safety protocols due to covid, which is a nice thing especially for my mom.I will be making another appointment soon. You can’t go wrong with this place. Please do not be turned off by the prices on the site it is well worth it!!!!!!
