Horrible. I asked to have my toes painted and the woman said they don’t paint toes there. She refused to paint my toes. She didn’t speak English and just kept shaking her head saying “no”, “no”. She refused my business. I hope they shut down due to lack of business. Horrible service and absolutely ignorant. Apparently this salon is also named “Image Nails”. Whatever they want to call it, they absolutely suck and shouldn’t be open if they are going to refuse to paint nails.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI have been in the hair and nail Industry for over 36 years. I’ve never experienced such uneducated manicurist in my career. It took over a hour and forty minutes for my gel mani. I was her only client.. I sat for 30 minutes with my foil on while she ate lunch. Did not do anything I ask her to do! Every nail is a different length she cut my thumb with her nail file that was not Sanitize and looked like it had been used for over a over again.I have NEVER in my life not tip someone for a service but there is away a first. Sad to say even with appointments you’ll wait over 30 min. Every time!! You’ll have appointment and come in to them just starting someone else in their chair. The quality does not last. They need to figure out a better system because will loose good customers

I loved my experience here! It was my very first time at image nails and it sure won’t be my last. She did my nails exactly how I wanted and quickly as well. After a bad experience at Jack and son it was like a breath of fresh air. I would definitely recommend to anyone. The place was quaint and very welcoming. I was offered a drink as soon as I sat down. It was a great experience overall!
