I loved my time at Luke! All the ladies there are wonderful with a great atmosphere. I saw Adalyn, and she absolutely knocked my vision out of the park! She took me from platinum to a chocolate/auburn and it was better than I’d even imagined. The owner was involved in the service, making sure the color was a good match to the inspiration photo I showed them. I will definitely be back!!

I asked to be scheduled with someone experienced with layered natural curl and unfortunately that’s not what I got. The stylist was very sweet and the salon is VERY focused on coloring techniques, but I am still in search of someone that can also work with the natural texture of my hair.

This is a complete joke of a salon. I guarantee you that all of these 5 star reviews are not legit considering the owner blocked my other email from being able to make a review once I told her I was going to leave an honest review. Don’t go to Darion unless you are blonde or have extensions, because she won’t pay attention to you and ruin your hair. I asked for her to match my roots which is a medium brunette. I showed her multiple pictures and told her what I did and didn’t want yet she dyed my hair pitch black. When I asked the next day for her to fix it, she completely blew me off and told me I’ll just need to wash it for a few weeks to fade the color. After Darion blew me off I reached out to the owner via email and she also refused to make things right and maintained a defensive attitude rather than taking care of her client or acknowledging that I had a bad experience. It’s one thing to completely botch my hair but the total lack of customer service and professionalism afterwards is what concerns me. I strongly recommend spending your money elsewhere, where you will be valued as a client.
